Terms & Conditions

Welcome to NCCF/CUCF registration page. Please read over the terms & conditions below before continuing the registration process.

Schools acknowledge:

• We will only use silent portable electronic devices at our table.
• We agree not to use any giveaways at the fairs or use/distribute any comparative data regarding other schools.
• We also understand that if a professional admissions staff person is not our representative, the appropriately trained volunteer will be asked to sign a statement at each fair acknowledging that he/she has been formally trained to serve in this representative capacity.

Cost and Payments Procedures

A. NACCAP Member schools will pay $275 per fair (or $1596 for the whole circuit) if registered by January 31, 2012.
Non-Member schools will pay $325 per fair (or $1996 for the whole circuit) if registered by January 31, 2012.

B. NACCAP Member schools will pay $325 per fair (or $1996 for the whole circuit) if registered after January 31, 2012.
Non-Member schools will pay $375 per fair (or $2396 for the whole circuit) if registered after January 31, 2012.

C. January 31, 2012
Deadline to submit Electronic List of Names; fairs registered for after January 31, 2012 will automatically include a $75 per fair surcharge.

D. February 11, 2012
Deadline to cancel fair(s) with refund (less $100 per fair cancelled).

E. February 25, 2012
Full payment for fair registration is due; after February 25, 2012 a 1.5% per-month late payment fee will be included.

2. PAYMENT Options
A. Pay Using PayPal Online *A 3% convenience fee will be assessed when using PayPal.

B. Make Checks Payable To: NACCAP, P.O. Box 5211, Huntington, IN 46750-5211

C. Organizations located outside the United States will be expected to pay in United States currency.
